PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone charger that can easily and quickly charge by uniformly connecting its terminals so as to correspond to different kinds of a plurality of portable telephones. SOLUTION: In the charger, a charging battery 2 and a circuit board 3 are arranged in a case body 1; a conversion connector 4 connected to a connecting terminal b1 of the portable telephone b is attached to one side of the circuit board; the circuit board comprises a battery connecting member 5 composed of a positive pole and a negative pole, each having a plurality of contacts connected to the charging battery ; the conversion connector comprises a box body 7 and terminal main bodies 8, 9 and 10 arranged in the box body; and the terminal main body comprises at its one side a first positive terminal and a first negative terminal contacting with the positive pole and the negative pole in the battery connecting member, respectively, and at the other side of the terminal main body, a second positive terminal and a second negative terminal contacting with the positive pole and the negative pole of the charging input-side connecting member at the connecting terminal of the portable telephone by extensively arranging the first positive terminal and the first negative terminal.
