PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems relating to mounting a grill when mounting a loudspeaker and the grill in a car body or the like using screws with regard to the loudspeaker, an electronic apparatus and an apparatus used for an acoustic apparatus. SOLUTION: A frame 6 of a loudspeaker and a grill 13a are snap-in coupled by pressing, so that the grill 13a can be mounted by realizing easy coupling of the frame 6 of the loudspeaker and the grill 13a without using screws or adhesives.
