PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a person aware of a guidance of an incoming train by broadcasting even when the person is absorbed in talking by a portable terminal in a station platform where surrounding noise is large. SOLUTION: In an operating system for an accident-prevention additional function of a portable terminal which performs telephone conversation, the system is provided with a microphone 101 which takes in a transmitting voice, a receiver 105 which sounds the receiving voice, a voice recognition part 102 which performs the voice recognition of a tone taken in the station platform from the microphone and recognizes a guidance notifying the incoming of a train by broadcasting at the station platform, a voice processing part 104 which receives the tone at the station platform taken in from the microphone, increases an inputted tone volume at the station platform, and decreases a receiving voice volume sounding the receiver, and an accident prevention part 103A which sounds the tone at the station platform which is increased by the voice processing part based on the recognized result notifying the incoming of the train from the voice recognition part, and the receiving voice by the receiver.
