PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus which avoids mutual interference between the adjacent radio communication apparatuses and prevents the radio communication apparatus taking synchronism by receiving controlling data from going out of a service area. SOLUTION: The TDMA type radio communication apparatus has a first clock 105 for counting clocks showing the period of transmitting controlling data, a second clock 106 for counting the number of transmission times of the controlling data, and a control circuit 103 for controlling the entire apparatus. When the count value of the transmission times reaches a specified number of times in the second clock, the control circuit changes the count value in the first clock to a set count value, and, after transmitting the controlling data, returns the count value in the first clock again to an initial value.
