PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible resin composition which has excellent transparency and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: This flexible resin composition comprising an aliphatic polymer, a plasticizer and an anti-blocking agent is characterized in that an average peel strength is <25 Newton, when films obtained from the composition are adhered to each other and then peeled from the each other. The anti-blocking agent is preferably silica and/or an unsaturated fatty acid amide. More preferably, the unsaturated fatty acid amide is selected from the group consisting of undecylenic acid amide, oleic acid amide, elaidic acid amide, erucic acid amide, linoleic acid amide, linolenic acid amide and arachidonic acid amide.
