PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade having a backing with the curvature set for each of a plurality of areas in the longitudinal direction, which is capable of suppressing dispersion of the contact pressure of a blade rubber. SOLUTION: In the wiper blade, a backing 5 is imaginarily divided into a plurality of areas A in the longitudinal direction, and set to have the curvature according to each of the areas A, at least one area is set in a curved shape, and the wiper blade is supported by a holding part 8 together with a blade rubber 4 so that a divided point P forming a boundary between the areas A is not matched with a supporting point S by the holding part 8 of a lever 7.
