PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker capable of filling a space between a speaker body and a trim with the speaker body even when the speaker is mounted on a vehicle body of a different model, and preventing degradation of the sound quality attributable to the space. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle speaker in which a speaker body 1 is mounted on an inner member 21 of a vehicle body, and the speaker body 1 is covered by a speaker grille 23 provided on a trim 22 on the cabin side of the vehicle body, a speaker mounting frame 10 which is formed separately from the speaker body 1 and mounted on and fixed to the inner member 21 is provided, and the speaker body 1 is assembled to and held by the speaker mounting frame 10 movably in the abutting direction on the inner side of the trim 22.
