PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener tape which is easily and stably manufactured, shows excellent adhesive strength regardless of the kind of sealant layer (innermost layer) of a base film composing a bag body, and has preferable forming property of an intermeshing part in manufacturing the fastener tape, and a package bag with the fastener tape. SOLUTION: In the fastener tape 1 composed of a male member 11 and a female member 12 and the package bag with the fastener tape, a belt-shaped base portion 13 composing a fastener tape 1 includes a seal portion 14 and a base body portion 15, a resin composing the base body portion 15 has a melting point higher than that of a resin composing the seal portion 14, and the resin composing the seal portion 14 includes 50 mass% or more of metallocene-based linear low density polyethylene having a density of≤920 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and a melt flow rate of≤5.0 g/10 min.
