<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system for easily managing a room even when one room is used in various modes. <P>SOLUTION: The building management system includes an OA server 1 and a BA server 2. The OA server 1 includes a conference room usage database 31, so as to register the usage reservation of a conference room, which is inputted from an input means such as a desk top PC 12. The BA server 2 includes an environment setting table 32, so as to store the usage mode of conference room usage facilities corresponding to a mode which is outputted from the OA server 1. The BA server 2 registers the usage mode of the conference room usage facilities in a schedule table 34, based on an XML file including a mode designating signal which is outputted from the OA server 1.
