PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of carrying out zapping by using a general television receiver and not imposing a load on a server through the use of a mobile phone terminal. SOLUTION: A channel information sharing apparatus (content server 3) receives group registration information of grouped users from the mobile phone terminal 1 and registers the information, then receives channel information from a site administrator, searches the group, and broadcasts a channel switching instruction to the mobile phone terminals of the grouped users.
