PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a disk reproducing apparatus which is capable of stably loading/unloading a disk-like recording medium. SOLUTION: In a disk reproducing apparatus for reproducing a disk-like recording medium using a reproducing means which is inclined at a predetermined angle to an install surface, in the case of separating a disk holding means from the reproducing means by an elastic force of an elastic supporting means when energizing forces are applied from first and second energizing means to a tray means and a disk lid means in first directions in the state of covering a tray housing means with the disk lid means via the tray means, the disk-like recording medium is held between the tray means and the disk holding means.
