PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical reaction apparatus and chemical treatment method by which many kinds of inorganic samples having respectively different mixing ratio is automatically prepared by mixing a plurality of inorganic raw materials using a combinatorial process. SOLUTION: The chemical reaction apparatus and chemical processing method is provided with an input means, a control means and a sample preparation means. In the input means, the identification names of a plurality of the kinds of the inorganic raw materials to be mixed, the number of divisions of coordinates of composition diagrams and chemical treatment conditions are inputted. In the control means, the composition diagrams of the dimensions corresponding to the number of the kinds of the inorganic raw materials inputted in the input means are formed, composition points defined by dividing the ratio of each inorganic raw material contained in the mixture obtained by mixing a plurality of the kinds of the inorganic raw material are fixed corresponding to the number of divisions inputted in the input means, a code different from each other is given to each composition point, the mixing ratio of a plurality of the inorganic raw materials in each composition point corresponding to the code is automatically calculated and each elemental operation concerned with the chemical treatment is automatically carried out. In the sample preparation means, a plurality of the samples having respectively different mixing ratio are automatically prepared by mixing a plurality of the kinds of the inorganic raw materials in the ratio calculated by the control means.
