FLOOR SURFACE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND COATING REMOVER COMPOSITION TO BE USED FOR THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor surface maintenance management method which is simple and excellent in workability and economy to keep the excellent appearance of a floor surface for a long term, and to provide a coating remover composition to be used for the method. SOLUTION: The method is the one for performing maintenance and management concerning the floor surface of a floor structure body where a floor polish coating, which is obtained by applying/drying at least a floor polish composition on a floor material, is formed. The method comprises a process for partially removing the floor polish coating without removing the whole floor polish coating which is applied by superimposition on the floor surface through the use of the diluted solution of the coating remover composition; and a process for applying/drying the floor polish composition.
