PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method and a sealing structure of a vessel for storing combustion susceptible or combustible high pressure gas, capable of sealing the vessel for storing combustion susceptible gas and combustible gas in a high pressure state without complicated interlock, and capable of easily opening its sealing part in use while keeping high sealability. SOLUTION: First, this sealing method openably seals a takeout port in advance by respectively and separately arranging the takeout port 1 and a filling port 2 of gas in the vessel 10. The filling port is surrounded by an airtight space 3, and after pressing the combustion susceptible or combustible high pressure gas inside the space and the vessel, the filling port 2 is sealed in the space. This sealing structure can freely open only the takeout port 1 by respectively and separately sealing the high pressure gas takeout port 1 and the filling port 2 respectively and separately arranged in the vessel 10 for storing the combustion susceptible or combustible high pressure gas.
