PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire power adjusting device in a gas cooker capable of improving the operability by improving visibility of an operation knob. SOLUTION: This fire power adjusting device 11 is extended from a front panel 2a side of a cooking stove main body 2 to an inner part of the cooking stove main body 2, the operation knob 13 is mounted on a first end part on the front panel 2a side, and an arm part slidably connected to a throttle valve 24 is mounted on a second end part on an inner side of the cooking stove main body 2. A light source 15 is mounted near the second end part of the arm part 12. Further a light guide 14 for guiding the light emitted from the light source 15 to allow the operation knob 13 to emit the light, is mounted on an upper face of the arm part 12 from the first end part to the second end part.
