<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of drying products, components or the like which must be dried without heating from the purpose of use of a material and a product, and further capable of delicately drying a treated material which easily gets dusty such as a resin pellet without attaching dust thereto in a non-heated state. <P>SOLUTION: This drying device is constituted to circulate the atmospheric air in a drying chamber, and to repeatedly heat the cooled/dehumidified atmospheric air to achieve the atmospheric air of low humidity for drying. The drying device comprises a dust collecting means for eliminating dust or the like in the atmospheric air, and a means for controlling the arbitrarily measured electric charge in the atmospheric air to a desired electric charge value to prevent the attachment of dust in accordance with a material of a dried product, thus the moisture and dust can be simultaneously eliminated, and the re-attachment of dust to the treated material can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
