<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power consumption in a receiving circuit for ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A bias current flowing through an interstage buffer 40, as indicated by numerals 104 and 106, flows in a power-V via a delay line 10, a delay input buffer 24, a cross point switch 14, an input amplifier 20 and a resistor R1. This constitution eliminates the need for independent flowing of a bias current in the interstage buffer 40 to attain the power saving.
