PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously specify and analyze a desired time section and a frequency section in the display of a frequency analytical apparatus. SOLUTION: Data on signals to be measured is displayed on a graph having a time axis and a frequency axis. A rectangular marker 24 changeable as desired and indicating a desired time section and a desired frequency section is displayed on the graph. A subgraph on data included in the desired time section and the desired frequency section partitioned by the rectangular marker 24 is displayed.
