PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable urine absorbing bag for a man with mild urinary incontinence capable of preventing its underpants from getting wet, dirty, or smelling of the urine caused by a male mild urine leaking. SOLUTION: The urine absorbing bag for a man with mild urinary incontinence is characterized by comprising of materials with required functions having a dry touch fiber layer, a water absorbing and retaining layer, a waterproof layer, and a dry touch fiber layer overlapped in order from a skin side to an outer side and stuck together to be a sheet shape, which forms the urine absorbing bag with an opening edge and depth of a size enough to insert a penis therein a few centimeters up from its tip, and connecting a supporting band, to whose upper part's one surface an adhesive material is applied, with an end of the opening edge of the urine absorbing bag.
