<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differentiation inducing method and to obtain a differentiation inducing agent for adipocyte, more particularly as for the method for separating a preadipocyte and inducing the differentiation of the preadipocyte to adipocyte by the seeding and culture of the cell under a natural condition and the differentiation inducing agent, and provide a differentiation inducing method and a differentiation inducing agent for adipocyte, contributing to the investigation of the mechanism for suppressing the formation of adipocyte, and accordingly, contributing to the clarification of the mechanism of lifestyle diseases and the development of an agent for the treatment of obesity. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the differentiation inducing method for adipocyte composed of a micellar oil-and-fat, more particularly, a method characterized by the incorporation of micellar oil-and-fat in the seeding and culture of the preadipocyte, and the differentiation inducing agent for adipocyte composed of the micellar oil-and-fat, and the above differentiation inducing agent for adipocyte wherein the micellar oil-and-fat is one or more materials selected from saturated natural oil-and-fat, unsaturated natural oil-and-fat and mineral oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
