<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin metabolism accelerating device by which the state of the skin can always be maintained under a healthy state. <P>SOLUTION: This skin metabolism accelerating device is equipped with an oxygen-enriched film 1 which feeds air containing oxygen of a high concentration by concentrating oxygen in air, a humidifying device 3 which humidifies the air fed from the oxygen-enriched film 1, and a discharging port 4 for discharging the air which has been humidified by the humidifying device 3. When the human body inhales the discharged air which has properly been humidified, the vegetative nervous system of the human body is rested.
