<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for amplifying a nucleic acid sequence close to a target nucleic acid, and to provide a method for analyzing the nucleic acid sequence. <P>SOLUTION: This method for amplifying the nucleic acid sequence close to the target nucleic acid is characterized by comprising using a nucleic acid A containing at least a part of a sequence of the target nucleic acid or a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the sequence and using a nucleic acid B where a nucleic acid having a random sequence is added to the 3'-terminal of a nucleic acid having a known sequence. The method for analyzing the nucleic acid sequence close to the target nucleic acid comprises analyzing the sequence of a nucleic acid obtained by the above amplification method.
