PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is popular to use a method for removing the backlash of a movable optical lens used in a photographing device, by applying load by a spring or the like in a fixed direction so as to remove the backlash thereof due to the driving direction from before, but influence due to creep is of concern, because the load is applied to an optical component requiring accuracy, even in a non-using state in using the method, and strength to endure the load is required and the device must be made large or adopt expensive strong material, and also a power source resisting the load is required even in initial stage of operation, which becomes a contributing factor for increase in cost. SOLUTION: In the photographing device, the load for removing the backlash acts on a lens holding part and a lens driving part to accurately move in a using state, and the lens holding part is received so as not to apply the load to the lens driving part by an imaging element holding means in a non-using state, whereby the excess load is prevented from being applied to the components requiring accuracy.
