PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit in which a negative-feedback operation is stabilized with a small capacitance that can be mounted to a semiconductor integrated circuit, and to provide its manufacturing cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: A switching power supply circuit is provided with a switched capacitor circuit 19 between a power supply output terminal 12 for delivering DC output voltages and the input of an error-magnifying circuit 16. Comparison is made, between the output signals and reference signals from the error magnifying circuit 16 for amplifying errors between DC output voltage and the reference voltage in a pulse width modulation circuit 15, and a voltage transforming portion 12 performs on/off operations continuously, in response to input voltages with a predetermined period by the output signals of the pulse width modulation circuit 15.
