PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which foresees the abnormality or trouble of the below equipment by remote-controlling, through the internet, the electric equipment on the roof, where a greening facility is applied, of a superstructure such as a building, by effectively combining the greening facility in the vicinity of a cubicle and a controller for this cubicle with each other. SOLUTION: An aggregate control panel 2 for the greening facility and a controller for a cubicle system of high-voltage power receiving facility 1 are connected with each other, and a solar panel 9 installed on the roof is connected to the aggregate control panel 2 for the greening facility, and it is used as a power source for the controller for the greening facility, the aggregate control panel 2 and the cubicle system of high-voltage power receiving facility 1, and the aggregate control panel 2 for the greening facility and a management center are connected with each other through the internet A. In the management center, this system compares the daily change of the temperature in the greening facility and in its vicinity and the amount of power generation by the solar panel 9 with the daily change of the electric load of the cubicle system of high-voltage power receiving facility 1 on the Web page of the internet A.
