PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for a particulate matter which makes it easy to uniformly scatter the particulate matter, the bag being used for storing the particulate matter that is scattered as an antiskid material onto skiddy parts of roads in winter. SOLUTION: An opening 9 serving as an outlet or inlet for a particulate matter or the like and an opening through which air passes are made in the upper part of a double bag composed of an inner bag 2 having a large number of small holes 5 in its bottom, and an outer bag 1 enclosing the inner bag 2. A three-way valve 4 is disposed in the opening through which air passes, and a vacuum producing device 12 is connected to one of the openings of the three-way valve 4 via a tube.
