<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the anti-theft property of a vehicle from being lowered by limiting the locked state of a vehicle door from being unlocked dishonestly. <P>SOLUTION: The door lock controller unlocks a double lock of the vehicle door only when an ignition-on operation is performed.
