<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension apparatus by which a suspending object is returned to a predetermined standard state by angle-displaceably connecting the suspending object to a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A universal coupling member 4 at its first base 7 is coupled to the substrate; and its second base 8 is coupled to a signal lamp device. Thus, a support is coupled to the signal lamp device. In addition, the universal coupling member 4 is provided with an angle-displaceable coupling section 9 for the first and the second base 7, 8 between the first and the second base 7, 8. Consequently, a second member 8 is angle-displaced around two axial lines with respect to the first base 7. The angle displacement of the second base 8 allows the angle displacement to the signal lamp device coupled to the second base 8. A first compression coil spring member 6a is provided between the first base 7 and the coupling section 9.
