<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbonic acid-containing beverage packaged in a flexible container applicable to a spout-attached flexible packaging container without bringing about fear of tearing, and having no need of a preprocessing device and a preprocessing process for dissolving carbon dioxide in jelly or beverage. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the carbonic acid-containing beverage packaged in the flexible packaging container comprises the following process: a series of process where inner air is withdrawn by suction from a nozzle 42 also used for charging the beverage through a spout 12 of the spout-attached flexible packaging container 3, jelly 5 prepared and sterilized in advance is charged at high temperature into the container, and carbon dioxide 6 is blown into a head space SP of the container at a rate of 30-100 vol.% based on the amount of the jelly 5; a process of cleaning, capping, sterilizing and cooling the spout 12; and a refrigerating process of dissolving the blown-in carbon dioxide 6 in the jelly 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
