ALL AROMATIC LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND OPTICAL PICKUP LENS HOLDER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all aromatic liquid crystal polyester resin composition expressing excellent characteristics as an optical pickup lens holder with keeping solder heat resistance of the liquid crystal polyester.

SOLUTION: The all aromatic liquid crystal polyester resin composition comprising 97-45 mass% all aromatic liquid crystal polyester having ≥320°C melting point, 3-50 mass% inorganic hollow sphere having ≤2 aspect ratio, 0-30 mass% inorganic filler having ≥4 aspect ratio (total 100 mass%) and having 1.00-1.35specific gravity is used. The optical pickup lens holder having high injection moldability and high adaptability to a soldering process and suppressed in heat rise near the drive coil, even when the optical pickup lens holder is a planer one having a thin part and an opening.
