PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a weighty electronic apparatus body so that its angle from a stand can be optionally controlled and to surely hold the electronic apparatus body at an angle fixed state. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with the weighty apparatus body 1, the stand 2 for supporting the apparatus body 1, and a pivot 31 for coupling the apparatus body 1 onto the stand 2 so that its angle can be optionally controlled. Angle controlling engaging notches 41, 51 of which the engaging positions can be optionally changed are radically formed around the pivot 31 on the apparatus body 1 side and the stand 2 side. Consequently, the angle position of the apparatus body 1 from the stand 2 can be changed by changing the engaging positions between the engaging notches 51 of the apparatus body 1 side and the engaging notches 41 of the stand side 2. Since engaging structure is constituted of the engaging notches 51 of the apparatus body 1 side and the engaging notches 41 of the stand 2 side formed in a circumferential direction, the weighty apparatus body 1 also can be surely held at the angle fixed state.
