PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical fixing tool for an auxiliary door with a sufficient strength, which has a wide adjusting range of a mount position and simple mounting operation. SOLUTION: The fixing tool for an auxiliary door is provided with a fixing rod B capable of projecting in a vertical direction to an upper side and a lower side of the auxiliary door, which is inserted into a fixing tool body A embedded in a door frame, and thus the door is kept in a closed condition. The fixing tool body A has a core element 20 of an open-top box shape, to which a fixing rod B is inserted, loosely engaged movable toward the plate-thickness direction in an open-top box shaped body 10 fixed on the door frame. Between the body 10 and the core element 20, a longitudinal recessed channel 31 fitting a vertical projection strip 13 arranged on the inner wall of the body 10 is provided while a sliding plate 30 having an inclined slot 32 which engages with a protrusion 22 arranged on the outer wall of the core element 20.
