PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt holder easily and firmly fittable to any foundation width by single fixing work and capable of temporarily holding an anchor bolt rapidly and vertically corresponding to various requested anchor bolt installation positions. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt holder is provided with a first erection member placed straddling upper ends of forms erected facing each other; a latching part formed at one end of the first erection member; a first latching member slidably engaged with the other end of the first erection member; a fixing means for pressing to fix the first latching member from above in the required position of the first erection member; and an anchor bolt holding mechanism slidably engaged with the first erection member between the upper ends of the forms to vertically hold the anchor bolt. When the latching part and the first latching member are clamped inward between the forms, the latching part and the first latching member are latched to each other at the upper ends of the forms and fixed between the upper ends of the forms by a fixing means.
