PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic obstacle evading equipment for a revolving door capable of detecting any person fell down or any obstacle laid during the rotation of a revolving door thereby preventing any person or obstacle from being drawn or caught in the door by means of opening the door or its auxiliary door. SOLUTION: This equipment is capable of detecting any person fell down or any obstacle laid on the floor by means of a pressure sensitive switch 5 attached to a bottom portion of a self-closing door 4 installed to a rotation axis 2 supported by a fixed frame 1; and then an electromagnetic brake installed to the fixed frame 1 which opens the door 4 around a support axis 3 by an electromagnetic release attached on an upper frame provided on the rotation axis 2 stops the rotation of the rotation axis 2 only when the door 4 is opened, thereby evading a person or an obstacle from being drawn or caught by the door. Also, when a person's arm or an obstacle is caught between the fixed frame 1 and the self-closing auxiliary door 10 attached to the door 4, the auxiliary door 10 is opened around the support axis 9 thereby evading a person or obstacle from being caught by the door. Also, a soft airtight member 11 attached to the auxiliary door 10 between the door 10 and the fixed frame 1 is capable of preventing person's fingers or a small obstacle from being caught.
