PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater infiltration facility capable of stably maintaining performance over a long period of time while improving construction work efficiency with simple construction work and reducing a construction cost by dispensing with work of laminating permeable sheets to the inner surfaces of a bottom wall and a side wall of a recess at a construction site. SOLUTION: The rainwater infiltration facility comprises the recess 3 formed by digging down the ground, and an inside filling laminated body 5 formed by laminating and uniting a plurality of infilling members and disposed in the recess 3, wherein rainwater temporarily stored in the infilling laminated body 5 in the recess 3 is drained infiltrating slowly into the ground. Floor panels 7 and side panels 11 which are the plurality of inside filling members on the side adjacent to the recess 3, in the inside filling laminated body 5, are formed of a water permeable material, and foreign matter rejection packing 23 is interposed at joints 17, 19 or the like including the floor panels 7 and side panels 11.
