PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment plug for a cast-off hole capable of being used for burying the cast-off hole by an approximately truncated cone shaped form supporting device remaining in a wall surface after a concrete form is removed and being manufactured by having good attachment and weather resistance at a low cost. SOLUTION: An approximately truncated cone-shaped body 10 is made of a composite primarily comprising at least 50 wt.% of calcium carbonate and polypropylene, an inclined collar-shaped section 12 is provided on the circumferential surface on a larger diameter end face 11 side of the body 10, and the circumferential part 14 is formed in a sharp edge. An adhesive B is incorporated in a recess section 16 opened on a smaller diameter end face 15 side, and it is held in a sealed state by a sealant 17 such as an aluminum polyester film or the like. When it is used, the smaller diameter end face 15 side is pushed into the cast-off hole in a concrete wall to pierce the sealant 17 with the end section of a separator projected to the bottom of the cast-off hole. The inside adhesive B flows out to the inside of the cast-off hole to bury a gap or the like between the cast-off hole and the treatment plug for the cast-off hole to fix it in the cast-off hole.
