PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing cut release papers from being scattered when cutting labels having different sizes by an auto-cutter and issuing them using a continuous label paper not cut into patterns one by one. SOLUTION: Width of a label basic material 30 of the label paper 3 is set smaller than that of a release paper 32. When cutting the label basic material 30 by a guillotine blade 81 of the cutter, parts 32a, 32b left uncut are provided on the left and right sides.
