CONTENT SPRAY MECHANISM AND COATING MATERIAL SPRAY PROVIDED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the content spray performance such as the spray condition of coating material (the fineness of particles), the dripping of sprayed content or the degree of solidification thereof.

SOLUTION: A coating material spray is composed of an aerosol type gas vessel and a coating material vessel (having no output valve), wherein the nozzle opening diameter ψ1 of a coating material spray nozzle 12 is set to an optional value ranging from 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm and the gas spray opening diameter ψ2 of the gas spray nozzle 24 is set to an optional value ranging from 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm. Under the setting, it is verified that many combinations in the horizontal length LH and the vertical length LV by which the coating material spray condition suitable for practicality is secured are present between the output side openings 12a and 24a respectively of the coating material spray nozzle 12 and the gas spay nozzle 24. The desirable ranges of LH and LV are 2 mm≤LH≤2.4 mm and -0.2 mm≤LV≤0.2 mm, respectively.
