<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA diagnosing apparatus capable of simply and accurately detecting the type of sample DNA by obtaining an SNP type by varying the wild type of DNA and mixing control DNA, wherein wild type DNA and SNP type DNA are mixed, with sample DNA to subject the resulting mixture to electrophoresis, and a DNA discriminating method. <P>SOLUTION: Control DNA, wherein a labelling substance different from a DNA sample is added to a mixture of wild type DNA constituting sample DNA and SNP type DNA, is mixed with sample DNA to obtain a new DNA sample and this new DNA sample is allowed to flow through the same flow channel to perform the timewise position comparison to control DNA to diagnose and discriminate the type of DNA contained in sample DNA in a real time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
