<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke remover for flue gas capable of separating and removing solid and liquid contents in discharged smoke directly and mechanically. <P>SOLUTION: Flue gas is taken into a container and is mixed with a brush rotated at high speed and particles of the solid and liquid contents in smoke are attached or scattered on parts of the brush so as to separate and remove them. Otherwise, the flue gas is taken into a rotating body to which a brush or blade is attached and is rotated at high speed and the solid and liquid contents are separated and removed by a centrifugal force.
