<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface, which is used by a user who fast moves in a stable manner when the user facilitates a use of a virtual working space for each of the virtual working spaces. <P>SOLUTION: A method for managing the virtual working space for a display system is featured to have steps, the method comprises the steps of: generating a first data structure for at least one of windows; generating a second data structure corresponding to the windows that belong to each virtual working space based on the first data structure; generating a third data structure corresponding to a common window that belongs to all the virtual working spaces; selecting one of any virtual working spaces; and displaying the windows and/or the common window, which belong to the selected virtual working space based on the first data structure and the second data structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
