<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby holder to be easily carried and easily worn. <P>SOLUTION: The baby holder can be easily worn by folding a cloth in the shape of bellows, sewing a part corresponding to the shoulder of a user in the shape of bellows, fixing the part in a constant width, and making a curve at a pouch part. The baby holder can be used both for the right shoulder and the left shoulder.
