PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application liquid for transparent conductive film formation in which a transparent conductive film having both conductivity and permeability can be formed. SOLUTION: The application liquid for the transparent conductive film formation contains conductive oxide particles and a conductive polymer, and contains alcohols of over 0 and 90% or less to the total solvent. Furthermore, water of 0.1 to 50 wt% to the conductive oxide particles is contained. The alcohols are for example ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether and/or propylene glycol monoalkyl ether or the like.
