PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load of a host processing device part, and to reduce cost in the whole system. SOLUTION: This moving body position determination device has a constitution equipped with a positioning device part, the host processing device part, and a sensor part for detecting the speed of the moving body and/or a moving azimuth. The host processing device part determines the position of the moving body from a positioning result from the positioning device part and a sensor output from the sensor part. The positioning device part is equipped with a signal demodulation/positioning operation part for performing positioning operation by demodulating a signal from an artificial satellite, an A/D converter part for converting the sensor output from the sensor part into a digital signal, a sampling processing operation part for sampling the digital signal of the sensor output from the A/D converter part, and a data transfer part for transferring to the host processing device part, a result of the positioning operation from the signal demodulation/positioning operation part and a sampling result of the sensor output from the sampling processing operation part.
