PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application liquid for transparent conductive film formation in which the transparent conductive film superior in shelf life, easy in adjustment of viscosity and having a superior film characteristic and a super high resistant sheet resistance value of 10<SP>5</SP>Ω/square or more can be obtained. SOLUTION: This is the application liquid for the transparent conductive film formation containing (a) an organic indium compound expressed by a formula: In(OH)(OCOR)<SB>2</SB>, (b) an organic tin compound, (c) a metal element compound other than indium or tin, and (d) a solvent.
