PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel conveyor device capable of bearing a heavy load with a simple construction. SOLUTION: A frame 10 consists of two angle steels 10a, 10b. The angle steels 10a, 10b have long plate portions in back-to-back arrangement. The long plate portions in back-to-back arrangement form a vertical wall 20 extending to the transfer direction. Through-holes are provided in the vertical wall 20 at preset spaces, in which bolts 11 are inserted as fixing shafts to which wheels 12b and washers 13b are fitted. Then, other washers 13a and wheels 12a of the same type are fitted to the bolts 11. By threading nuts 14 to the bolts 11, the pair of wheels 12a, 12b is fixed to the frame 10 with the vertical wall 20 held between their inner rings. The wheels 12a, 12b comprise two bearing parts and their outer rings are rotatable around the bolts 11 as the fixing shafts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
