PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking facility including a plurality of rail members arranged so that the adjoining rail members are dislocated in the vertical direction, assuring minimization of the interference of the handlebar of the bicycle in the upper one of adjoining rail members, when it is put in or taken out of the place, with the handlebar of another bicycle in parking in the lower rail member. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking facility includes a plurality of rail members arranged so that the adjoining rail members are dislocated in the vertical direction and is arranged so that the end of the upper rail member situated nearer the user is extended toward the side with user to such a degree that the handlebar of the bicycle in parking in the upper rail member, when it is to be taken out, can pass over the handlebar etc. of another bicycle in parking in the lower rail member.
