PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering shaft cover which is simple in structure and easily fitted to a vehicle, and capable of suppressing ingress of noise into a cabin when the vehicle is driven. SOLUTION: A slit-like open part 22 is formed in a part of a circumferential wall of a cylindrical cover body 18. A fixed part 20 to be fixed to a vehicle body panel of a vehicle is formed on one end of the cover body 18. A fin part 23 is protruded outwardly on one side part of an open edge of the open part 22. When a steering shaft is inserted in the cover body 18 from the open part 22, the fin part 23 is shifted from the open part 22 to an inner circumferential surface side of the cover body 18, and engaged with the inner circumferential surface by the elasticity of itself, and the open part 22 is closed thereby.
