PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door structure capable of easily and reliably mounting energy absorption members while securing the arrangement space for interior components. SOLUTION: The vehicular door structure comprises an outer panel 11, an inner panel 12, a door lining 13, and energy absorption members 16, 17. Undercut parts 45, 51 in which a bottom side is wider than the opening side are formed on either a door lining base member 15 of the door lining 13 or the energy absorption members 16, 17, and fitting projecting parts 33, 39 to be fitted to the undercut parts 45, 51 are formed to the other.
