PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment which has a pulverizing disk with an equivalent diameter to that of a pulverizing roll of pulverizing equipment in a factory, which has a tooth setting shape of a pulverizing surface, number of rotation of the pulverizing surface, treating capability of charged raw material, pulverization interval or the like and which enables a production line to be specified with minimum ascertaining work by developing specified condition to the factory equipment with pulverized particulate distribution data obtained by pulverization with the pulverizing disk as pulverization data specification. SOLUTION: An individual driving device can set individual number of rotation to change number of rotation. Pulverization is carried out by making number of rotation of the pulverizing disk of a right side larger than that of a left side while maintaining the tooth setting shape and a rotary ratio of the pulverizing disk and thereby pulverization is carried out while contacting movement of the pulverizing surfaces is kept in tooth back-to-tooth back combination and dull specification. The equipment is characterized by that pulverizing rotation ratio specification can be increased/decreased and further that fundamental constitution of pulverization conditions can be changed to tooth top-to-tooth top combination of the tooth setting shape and sharp specification by reversing the rotation ratio without exchanging or changing the parts.
